£275.00.00 including VAT for single or lead applicant and £100.00 including VAT per additional applicant thereafter.

Deposit Fee
£30.00 including VAT to register the Deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Service

Guarantor Referencing Fee
£100.00 including VAT per guarantor


During a Tenancy

Tenancy Extension
£90.00 including VAT

Tenancy Addendum
£90.00 including VAT

Transferring Tenancies
£150.00 including VAT Referencing and Credit check

£90.00 including VAT Inventory Fee

Lost Keys

Flat Key – £20.00 including VAT (from £20.00 including VAT depending on type of key)

Post Box Key – £20.00 including VAT

Car Park Fob – £75.00 including VAT (from £75.00 including VAT depending on type of fob)

Communal Door Key – £35.00 including VAT (from £35 including VAT depending on type of key)

Change of Lock – £95.00 including VAT plus cost of lock

Loan of key As above as a holding fee plus photographic ID such as Driving Licence which will be returned on the return of the key

Pet Clause  £150.00 including VAT per tenancy

Rent Arrears £55.00 including VAT for each rent reminder

PLUS interest on rent arrears @ 8% as in line with the County Court interest rate

Section 8 Notice £114.00 including VAT

Section 21 Notice £114.00 including VAT where the landlord has serviced notice due to unacceptable behaviour by the tenant

Dishonoured Cheque £55.00 including VAT for each cheque plus interest of 8% on any arrears


Ending a Tenancy

Contacting Suppliers on the tenants behalf
£25.00 including VAT per supplier

Failure to cancel a Standing Order
£45.00 including VAT per refund

Failure to return keys
cost of replacement lock, fitting and key cutting plus the landlord reserves the right to charge rent up to the date possession of the property is obtained

Re-let Fee upon agreed early termination
£420.00 including VAT
