Letting Fee Professional – £360.00 excluding VAT – £432.00 + 12% including VAT value of monthly rent. – Per Property

Commission – Between 10 – 12% value of monthly rent.
For example, if the monthly rent was £950.00 and the commission rate was 10%, the total commission would be £95.00 – £114.00 including VAT. Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example price, your commission fee will be correspondingly higher or lower.

Early Termination Fee – No less than 10% of the gross rent (more if your commission rate is higher) which would have been payable from the date of cancellation to date of expiry of the Management Agreement.  After the initial fixed period of the contract a minimum of 3 calendar months notice is required. For example, if the gross rent was £950.00 and the commission rate was 10%, the total commission payable from the date of cancellation would be £342.00 including VAT. Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example, your commission fee will be correspondingly higher or lower.

Interest on Late Payment of Monies Due – 8% plus administration charges of £55.00 including VAT per letter.

 

Let Only

Letting Fee – From £500.00 excluding VAT – £600.00 including VAT

Student Let Vary depending on property.  Average fee £140.00 including VAT – Per Room

Deposit Scheme Fee – £72.00 including VAT

Inventory Service – £95.00 including VAT up a 3 bedroom house/apartment and £25.00 including VAT per additional room/bedroom

Check-out Service – £95.00 including VAT up to a 3 bedroom house/apartment

Tenancy Renewal Fee – £300.00 including VAT

Deposit Scheme Fee – £72.00 including VAT

Smoke Alarm test – £35 including VAT

Check-out Service – £75.00 including VAT up to a 3 bedroom house/apartment

Section 8 Notice – £114.00 including VAT

Section 21 Notice – £114.00 including VAT
